Supervision, quality control, and responsible oversight stay in your hands. You direct work through principal-led RFIs. Your team members carry names, not numbers. Every revision gets tracked.
Our production architects, creating a strategic time zone differential that accelerates turnaround. Send revision requests at 5:00 PM your time. Our team starts immediately during their business hours. Updated drawings arrive on your desk by 8:00 AM the next morning, before your first meeting or site visit.

You return to completed revisions in your inbox, ready for review or submission. The result is construction documents you produced under direct supervision, ready for your stamp. Whether ground-up construction, remodels, additions, or commercial fit-outs, we follow your standards and deliver drawings your field team can build from.

We are well versed with US Building Codes & Regulations
Our architects have a deep understanding of U.S. building codes and how they affect real projects not just in theory, but in the actual drawings that get reviewed and built. We design and document with the critical compliance items in mind, including egress and life safety, fire protection and separation, stair/guard requirements, ventilation and light, accessibility/ADA coordination (when applicable), and other plan-check drivers that commonly lead to comments and delays. We use these code books as our core references and design our architectural documentation around them:
On the production side, we also follow U.S. drafting standards so your files come back clean, consistent, and easy to coordinate across teams. We apply AIA layer guidelines and USNCS v4.0 to keep CAD production discipline proper layer naming and organization, consistent sheet setup and numbering, standardized lineweights and linetypes, clean hatch patterns, reliable xref linking and file paths, and an overall drawing structure that reviewers and contractors can read without confusion. Questions we hear from every firm.
How do we know the drawing quality will meet our standards?
Every drawing set passes through a three-stage quality control process before delivery. Team manager reviews each sheet first, a dedicated QA coordinator conducts a second check, and a final layer and annotation audit closes the workflow. Established client accounts maintain a documented correction rate of fewer than 3 errors per 100 sheets.
The most reliable evaluation method is a paid pilot of 5 to 10 representative sheets before committing to a full project. This pilot surfaces any standard alignment gaps and gives your team concrete evidence to assess, rather than portfolio samples alone. Your account receives a dedicated quality lead for consistent output across every deliverable, and the correction SLA guarantees minor redline revisions within 24 hours, documented in the service agreement.
Will your team understand local building codes and jurisdiction-specific standards?
Our production team executes precisely to your specifications. Your licensed architect of record retains full responsibility for code compliance, permit authority, and professional sign-off throughout the project lifecycle.
We produce construction documentation, 3D visualizations, and BIM models to the dimensions, annotation styles, layering conventions, and reference standards your firm defines. To align our drafters with your jurisdiction from day one, supply a project-specific standards manual referencing IBC, ADA, applicable local amendments, and your CAD or BIM template at kick-off.
Will 3D renderings accurately reflect our design intent and visual style?
Renderings match your visual identity when your team supplies a detailed art direction, brief and curated reference images before production begins.
Build a visual style guide: a reference board of 10 to 20 images covering preferred lighting mood, material finish levels, entourage style (people, planting, vehicles), camera angles, and post-processing treatment. Share this guide with every rendering brief so our artists calibrate to your aesthetic from the first frame. We produce a low-resolution composition check before committing to full rendering on each new project, confirming style alignment before significant production hours accumulate. Our visualization team works in Enscape, Lumion, and V-Ray and achieves style matches within one to two revision rounds for established clients.
Will time zone differences slow down our project delivery?
Time zone gaps accelerate delivery when both teams structure handoffs correctly, effectively doubling your productive working hours.
Our team operates across an 8 to 12-hour offset from North American. Drawing mark-ups submitted at 5 PM your time reach our production team at the start of their working day. Revised sheets return to your desk by your next morning, without consuming any of your own billable hours overnight. We align on a single daily sync window of 30 to 45 minutes for live review, use shared Revit and BIM cloud servers for continuous file access, and document every instruction in writing inside a shared project management platform. One named point of contact on each side holds decision-making authority, eliminating approval bottlenecks.
How do you protect our data security and intellectual property?
A dual-layer NDA combined with verified technical access controls eliminates the most common intellectual property exposure risks.
The NDA binds both the company and every individual team member assigned to your account. File access restricts to project-specific encrypted folders on a shared server; no native CAD or BIM files transfer via email. The service agreement assigns full intellectual property ownership to your firm and binds dispute resolution to your local courts. Clients may request a virtual office walkthrough to verify physical workstation security protocols before production begins.
Who holds liability if a drawing error causes a construction defect?
Your licensed architect of record carries professional liability. Our contract defines clear financial recourse for losses directly traceable to a documented drawing error.
We produce technical documents under your direction. The stamp, seal, and professional sign-off belong to your firm, which means your professional indemnity insurance covers the construction liability chain. Our service agreement includes an errors and omissions clause: we re-execute any defective deliverable at no charge. Where quantifiable financial harm results directly from a documented drawing error, a capped remedy applies, typically 1 to 3 times the fee paid for that specific deliverable. Review your professional indemnity policy to confirm it covers overseas subcontractor work before the engagement begins.
The hourly rate looks competitive. What are the real costs we should budget for?
The four cost categories to quantify upfront are onboarding time, coordination overhead, revision cycles, and cloud collaboration licensing.
A first-time engagement requires 2 to 4 weeks of onboarding investment: transferring standards, running pilot sheets, and calibrating feedback loops. Build this into your project budget rather than measuring savings from week one. Coordination overhead runs 3 to 5 hours per week for a project manager or senior architect on your side during an active project. Revision frequency drops from the third engagement onward as our team learns your standards, so evaluate total savings at the 60-day mark. Cloud collaboration licensing adds $40 to $80 per user per month. Against our blended production rate of $18 to $35 per hour compared to $65 to $95 per hour in-house, the net saving on a 500-hour project reaches 40 to 55 percent after all overhead is included.
