5. Charitable Contributions: A portion of our profits will be allocated to charitable causes as per Islamic guidelines, fulfilling our obligation to give back to the community.

6. Compliance with Shariah Boards: We will adhere to the guidance and rulings provided by Shariah boards or scholars to ensure our services always remain Shariah compliant.

7. Confidentiality: Client information will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with Shariah principles of privacy and respect for individual rights.

9. Payment Policy: To initiate the project, the client is required to deposit half of the total project cost upfront. This deposit serves to confirm the client's credibility and commitment to the project. This deposit requirement helps ensure a fair and mutually beneficial arrangement for both parties involved in the project. And another half when the project got completed and when the client got satisfied.

10. Refund Policy: If the client is dissatisfied with our services or if our team fails to fully understand the client's requirements, the client is entitled to a 100% refund. This refund will be processed and deposited into the client's account within 14 days from the date of the refund request. Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes providing a full refund if expectations are not met, ensuring transparency and fairness in our business dealings.
